Sprints
One board,every project on it.
The sprint board shows work from all your projects in one place, and you can narrow it to one project when you need to. The same sprint opens as a kanban, a table, a timeline or a page of metrics.
You never create a sprint. Set a start date and a length once, from one to three weeks, and every sprint after that is worked out from them.
Closing a sprint walks you through what didn’t get done. Each unfinished task carries over to the next sprint, splits so the rest of it carries on, or goes back to the backlog.

Goals line up with the work through milestones. Link a milestone to a goal, and the epics in that milestone line up with the goal too.
Repeating work becomes a recurring task that creates itself daily, weekly or monthly. A personal reminder brings a task or todo back at the time you pick.
Watch a task and its updates land in one notification inbox. If you’d rather read them in one go, choose an hourly or daily digest email. It’s a plain list of what happened, grouped by kind. Nothing in it is written by AI.
The Today dashboard opens on what matters to your role, and you can switch to another role’s view.

Docs and the small things
The writing livesbeside the work.
Documents sit in folders, start from templates and keep a history of every change. Draw a Mermaid or Excalidraw diagram in the page itself instead of pasting in a picture.
The rest of the day-to-day is here too: todos, notes and tags. Tasks can depend on other tasks. Pages update live, so what you see is what your team sees.
On paid plans
Numbers fromyour own history.
Replay shows your project’s metrics over time. Alongside it you can have a written narrative of what happened. That narrative is ezmodo’s own AI, and it uses AI credits.
Duration estimates come from tasks your team has already finished. ezmodo finds similar completed work and gives you a typical figure and a cautious one, with the tasks behind them listed. It’s statistics over your own record, not a guess from a model.
Paid plans also let you search your work by meaning, so you can find a task without remembering its exact words.
