9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Authentication and session management
  • Preferences and settings
  • Analytics and performance monitoring
  • Marketing and advertising (with consent)

You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9.1 Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to measure how visitors find and use our public site and which of our Google Ads bring people to it.

  • Only with your consent: Google Analytics does not load until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Decline,” or make no choice, it is not loaded.
  • Only on public pages and sign-up/checkout: it runs on our marketing pages, pricing, public documentation, public project pages, and the sign-in, sign-up, onboarding and checkout steps. It does not record pages inside your workspace. When a checkout starts or completes inside the app, we send that event without the page’s address or title.
  • What it collects: the pages you view on those parts of the site, the site or ad that referred you, ad click identifiers, device and browser information, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the events “sign-up,” “checkout started” and “purchase” (with the plan and its price). Google sets cookies (such as _ga) to recognise a returning browser.
  • Withdrawing consent: use to change your choice at any time. Declining after accepting stops Google Analytics and removes its cookies from this site.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google’s browser add-on. How Google uses information from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

10. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Google Cloud: Infrastructure, AI/ML services
  • Resend: Email delivery
  • Google Analytics: Site and ad measurement, with your consent (see 9.1)

These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what information is collected, sold, or disclosed, and the right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data).

14. GDPR Rights (European Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR including data portability, erasure, and objection to processing. We process data based on consent, contract, or legitimate interests.
